Vulcan EV24S-4FP480 Description
The Vulcan EV24-S-4FP-480 electric range is perfect for preparing delicate products since the four 9 1⁄2-inch French plates provide improved heat control. The heat can be adjusted to four positions with infinite heat control switches. To reduce the risk of burns and maintain operator safety, the control knobs will not heat up with the range top. A pull-out, stainless steel crumb tray easily holds most food particles since it covers the full width of the unit.
Operating at temperatures between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the standard oven provides quality browning of product with the heat control. Full-size sheet pans fit front to back on the rack. Since there are three rack positions, there are versatile cooking options. The 6-inch, stainless steel legs on the Vulcan EV24-S-4FP-480 electric range adjust for stability on most floors. Durability is added with the fully welded construction of the aluminized steel frame.
