Vulcan EV24S-4FP240 Description
The Vulcan EV24S-4FP240 electric range's four 9 1⁄2-inch solid cast iron French hot plates provide even, responsive heating for daily sauteing, boiling, and simmering. Each burner is managed by an infinite heat control switch, and these control knobs are cool to the touch. This electric range supports both single- and three-phase configurations for flexible installation.
The Vulcan EV24S-4FP240 electric range with French hot plates includes a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame that adds structural strength for repeated use. A stainless steel exterior—covering the front, sides, riser, shelf, and adjustable legs—resists dents, scratches, and rust. A pull-out stainless steel crumb tray under the cooktop simplifies cleaning and helps maintain a tidy workspace.
