Vulcan EV24S-4FP208 Description
The Vulcan EV24S-4FP208 electric range includes four 9 1⁄2-inch solid cast iron French hot plates. Infinite control knobs enable precise heat adjustment for various cooking tasks and are cool to the touch. A stainless steel front, sides, riser, shelf, and adjustable legs enhance durability, and a pull-out crumb tray simplifies cleaning beneath the cooking surface.
The Vulcan EV24S-4FP208 range's oven includes a top browning feature for finishing. The thermostat ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit for versatile use. This oven comes with one rack and supports three rack positions, which accommodates full-size sheet pans front to back. The oven's interior measures 20 inches wide by 26 1⁄2 inches deep by 14 inches high.
