Vulcan-Hart ECO2D 2083 Description

With a 5.5 KW input and solid state temperature controls that adjusts from 200-500 degrees F, the Vulcan-Hart half-size convection oven offers the same features and benefits of a full-size convection oven but at a space-saving size. The exterior dimensions of this oven are 30 in. x 29-19/32 in. x 68-1/8 in. with an oven capacity of 15-1/4 in. x 21 in. x 20 in. In addition to the cooking capabilities of this convection oven, the front, top, sides, and rear are enclosed in stainless steel to outlast whatever needs that may arise. And with the 5 nickel plated racks and 9 possible rack positions, you can know that you have more than enough cooking capacity for your customer orders.
