Description:

The Vulcan-Hart E36L Series Electric Range is a sound investment for your food service business needs. The E36L features a solid stainless steel front, back riser, sides, shelf, and legs. This efficient 36” wide electric range has six 9 ½” round, 2KW French plates with infinite heat controls. This oven range comes standard with one rack but gives you flexibility with two rack positions. If your business requires more than one rack, you can order an optional second rack. This commercial oven is a space saver with one full width pull out crumb tray. This is a 5KW oven equipped with top browning control. The thermostat on this oven will adjust from 150 degrees Fahrenheit to a scorching 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Although this oven will reach sizzling temperatures, the control knobs will remain cool to the touch, to ensure the safety of you and your employees.

The oven interior is spaciously designed, with specifications of 26 ¼ “W x 22 ½ “d x 14 ½ “h. The exterior of the unit features dimensions of 36”w x 29 ¾ “d x 59 ½ “h with 6” legs. This oven requires either a 208 or 240 volt, phase 1 or phase 3 power supply. When ordering this Vulcan-Hart product, please specify the voltage and phase needed.
