This countertop 3 pan steamer from Vulcan Hart is a great choice for small to medium steam application and will provide years of trouble free service. The exterior is constructed of 304 series stainless steel and features a stainless steel cooking compartment. The generator pan of this countertop 3 pan steamer is also constructed of stainless steel and features a stamped water line for no hassle filling. The efficient steam generating system requires no water connection or drain connection. The solid sheathed tubular elements are embedded in 1" thick cast aluminum that is sealed to the pan bottom with thermal transfer compound for even heat distribution. The controls of this 3 pan countertop steamer include a 3 position control switch and a 60 minute timer. The heavy duty doors and door latch mechanisms preserve internal temperatures and help keep operators safe.
