Vulcan-Hart 60SS10B NG Description

Vulcan-Hart Endurance Restaurant Ranges sets a new standard in durability and performance in restaurant range categories. This range has a big-welded frame and the grates on the surface are heavy-duty. This oven comes standard with 2 oven racks, and the unique design of the perforated liner inside the oven creates the 'accelerator airflow technology' feature which eliminates the typical 'hot and cold spots' within the oven. This gives you a good quality bake every time! With the (10) 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off burner heads, you have the cooking power to keep up with your busiest demands.

One unique feature of this restaurant range is that this burner uses one pilot light for every 2 burners, which saves you money and makes your operation more energy efficient. And with the pilot light being placed underneath the surface of the cooking range, you can protect it from both exposure to grease and/or being accidentally extinguished. Vulcan-Hart estimates that with these designs of the pilot light, you can save up to $270 dollars a year.
