This 36 in. salamander broiler features radiant burners and utilizes liquid propane for energy efficiency and even broiling. The stainless steel front, top, and sides are easy to clean and are also scratch and corrosion resistant. The infinite adjustment temperature control provides precision heating and the six stainless steel radiant's cook food evenly and quickly. The standing pilot ignition system heats up your range mount salamander broiler quickly. The chrome plated trigger grip control handle provides positive positioning of the broiling carriage. With the Vulcan-Hart Salamander Broiler, you have a broiler that is both CSA and NSF approved.
