Traulsen UST4812-LR Description
This Traulsen UST4812-LR compact sandwich and salad prep table is a stainless steel unit mounted on casters for mobility and placement versatility. This refrigerated unit features a low-profile, flat cover designed to maximize limited space. The flat cover lid is insulated and made to protect the contents of 12 sixth-size pans from outside contaminants; the top is also fitted with a full-length nylon cutting board to facilitate efficient food prep.
The Traulsen UST4812-LR sandwich and salad prep table measures 48 inches wide by 34 1⁄2 inches deep by 36 inches high and is equipped with two cabinet sections for food storage. The cabinets are accessible via the solid stainless steel doors equipped with stay-open and self-close features. The refrigeration system in the unit is self-contained, rear mounted, and uses capillary tubes to circulate R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that holds foods at set temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
