Traulsen UPT7212-LR-SB Description
The Traulsen UPT7212-LR-SB prep table uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant in its self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system. The front-breathing system includes a non-electric condensate evaporator with a forced-air coil and a capillary tube metering device. Monitored with an interior-mounted thermometer, this unit has a temperature holding range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and the operator can set this level to suit whatever product they store. To keep products cool, the stainless steel cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane.
The portable Traulsen UPT7212-LR-SB prep table has six 4-inch casters for convenient rolling. The two doors self-close and each hold two powder-coated steel shelves, adjustable on mounted pilasters. Each door comes with a sturdy handle, a 105-degree stay-open feature, and magnetic, removable gaskets. This unit includes a reversible, full-length cutting board and a removable pan cover and pivoting lid.
