Traulsen UPT276-L Description
The Traulsen UPT276-L Dealer's Choice sandwich and salad prep table has a rear-mounted, front-breathing system that is self-contained to ease product. A capillary tube system meters R290 refrigerant, and the hermetic compressor is air cooled. Its non-electric condensate evaporator features a forced-air evaporator coil, and to ensure fresh product, the unit holds temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Traulsen UPT276-L prep table with a refrigerated base has a front, sides, and door constructed of durable stainless steel, while the back and bottom are made of strong, galvanized steel. Preventing rust, the interior and door liner are made of anodized aluminum, and the door self-closes, though it will stay open when pushed past 105 degrees. To retain cold air, the cabinet and doors are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. A thick, nylon cutting board provides prep space, and the unit comes standard with six 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans.
