Traulsen RW132W-COR01 Description
Intended for use in correctional facilities, the Traulsen RW132W-COR01 heated cabinet features a one-section reach-in configuration with locking hasps so operators can prevent tampering. Twelve universal tray slides welded to the interior steel frame reduce the risk of removal. This 29 7⁄8-inch-wide by 35-inch-deep by 83 1⁄4-inch-high cabinet is secured on flanged legs, ensuring the unit remains in place. To preserve its original appearance with high-volume use, the cabinet's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel.
To warm precooked food safely, the Traulsen RW132W-COR01 heated cabinet's serpentine-style heater produces temperatures from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The ducted fan air-distribution system moves warm air throughout the cabinet evenly, eliminating cold spots that could impact food quality. Because the cabinet and door are insulated by high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, temperature changes are unlikely when the unit is stored in cool or warm environments or if the door is opened for short periods of time. If temperatures change unexpectedly or the unit powers off, visual alarms integrated in the microprocessor controls notify operators immediately.
