Traulsen RR232LP-COR01 Description
The Traulsen RR232LP-COR01 roll-thru refrigerator is a two-section refrigerated cabinet engineered for correctional and institutional foodservice operations requiring secure roll-thru cold storage. Its 80.2-cubic-foot interior accommodates roll-in racks as high as 66 inches, while stainless steel rack guides and threshold ramps simplify rack transfer between loading and unloading areas. Four full-height, solid-hinged doors incorporate self-closing cam-lift hinges with stay-open positioning to support workflow during high-volume production tasks, and automatically activated cabinet lighting improves product visibility. The Smart Control™ microprocessor system incorporates adaptive refrigeration monitoring, diagnostic functions, and LED alarm notifications, while a Lexan control cover and locking hasp support tamper-resistant operation.
Built of stainless steel inside and out, the Traulsen RR232LP-COR01 refrigerator incorporates gasket-protecting metal door liners, stainless steel breaker caps, and magnetic snap-in EZ-Clean™ door gaskets for long-term commercial durability. A heavy-gauge stainless steel mesh screen protects the top-mounted refrigeration assembly, which uses R450A refrigerant along with a thermostatic expansion valve, high-humidity evaporator coil, and front-facing StayClear™ condenser to maintain cabinet temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The clockwise Load-Sure™ Guard airflow pattern supports even air circulation throughout the cabinet, while the non-electric condensate evaporator assists refrigeration system performance.
