Traulsen RIH132L-FHS Description
The Traulsen RIH132L-FHS full-height heated cabinet has one door that can be propped open 120 degrees while a rack is rolled in. It accommodates a 66-inch-high rack that loads on a threshold ramp easily with guides. The single section has 36 cubic feet of interior space, and it contains foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to reduce heat and energy loss. For even heating, this unit operates with a ducted fan air distribution system, and it has a temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Made of stainless steel, the Traulsen RIH132L-FHS stationary heated cabinet is durable and resistant to rusting and corroding. Activated automatically, lights in the cabinet help employees quickly locate specific products. The door is fitted with locks that secure contents to reduce the risk of theft and tampering.
