Traulsen RIH132H-FHS Description
Using a threshold ramp with guides, the Traulsen RIH132H-FHS roll-in insulated heated cabinet enables holding of one 72-inch-high rack. The insulated cabinet ensures product remains within the temperature range of 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit by preventing heat and energy from escaping. For a tight seal, the door is fitted with gaskets, and it has locks to secure contents after hours. If the door is left opened, it'll close on its own, and it can stay open 120 degrees for facilitated cabinet loading.
The Traulsen RIH132H-FHS full-height heated cabinet features 39 cubic feet of interior space. It's made of stainless steel—a durable metal that won't rust, corrode, warp, or dent for use in a commercial application. Using a ducted fan air distribution system, the cabinet evenly holds food by effectively circulating air.
