Traulsen G32001 Description
Providing 70.1 cubic feet of storage space, the Traulsen G32001 refrigeration unit maximizes usable room in most kitchen settings. It’s designed with three sections, each separated by three epoxy-coated shelves. To help maintain cool temperatures, this unit features six half-height doors made of glass, which optimizes visibility. This refrigerator is paired with EZ-Clean gaskets to simplify sanitation, fitted with LED lighting along the interior, and sits atop four 6-inch casters for fluid movement. It has corrosion-resistant, anodized aluminum construction on the sides and interior and remains durable even with heavy use.
The Traulsen G32001 commercial refrigerator operates with a self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration unit. To maintain low temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, this system includes a non-electric condensate evaporator, an evaporator coil located outside the food zone, and an air-cooled compressor. This refrigerator uses a front-facing condenser that is simple to clean and R290 refrigerant, an eco-friendly product.
