Traulsen G24303 Description
Operating between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Traulsen G24303 insulated heated cabinet keeps cooked food hot until it is served. Operators can set the temperature at a level that works for the product using the microprocessor controller. Users can monitor the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the LED display. Heat is evenly moved inside the cabinet after it is pushed into the distribution duct and the humidity can be controlled by adjusting the vent in the top of the cabinet.
The Traulsen G24303 mobile full-height heated cabinet has two sections with three shelves in each section for a total of six shelves. Each section has a two-door design that minimizes the amount of escaping heat by splitting the unit into smaller sections. Both doors are self-closing to keep heat inside the cabinet and, at 120 degrees, they stay open for convenience. Set in a recessed position, the door handles do not stick out into the aisle.
