Traulsen G21003 Description
The doors on this Traulsen G21003 two-section commercial refrigerator are half height, so they split the door sections into smaller areas and reduce the amount of cold air that escapes when one is opened. These doors have glass windows, so users can see the stored items under LED lights. Because the doors self-close, they keep cold air in the cabinet, but they stay open at 120 degrees for convenient product stocking. The cabinet has three shelves in each section and a Load-Sure Guard that ensures product cannot block airflow along the walls.
Using a thermostatic expansion valve, the Traulsen G21003 two-section reach-in refrigerator meters R290 refrigerant to the evaporator; this component is more efficient and accurate than capillary tubes. The temperature in the cabinet stays between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit—a level the operator can adjust to suit specific products. The refrigeration system is top mounted, which can be difficult to access but keeps it separated from floor dust and debris.
