This one-section cabinet accommodates roll-in racks up to 66 inches high and provides 36 cubic feet of refrigerated interior capacity behind a full-height locking door. Smart Control microprocessor technology with an LED display maintains cabinet temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while automatically activated LED lighting improves visibility during product loading and unloading. The cabinet’s roll-in configuration supports streamlined rack movement between prep and storage areas.
