To streamline inserting and removing pans, the Traulsen AHF332WP-HHG Spec-Line heated cabinet's pass-thru layout provides access to the cabinet interior from the front and rear. Six half-length glass doors are built into the front and back of the unit, with two doors per section. This design enables operators to retrieve product from a specific part of each section without opening a full door, which can help prevent temperature changes. Three wire shelves built into all three sections can hold as much as 225 pounds each. To withstand heavy use, the interior is anodized aluminum, while the exterior is stainless steel.

Because it produces and maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the Traulsen AHF332WP-HHG pass-thru heated cabinet ensures precooked food is held in a safe environment. It uses a serpentine-style heater to achieve these temperatures, and a ducted fan air distribution mechanism circulates warm air uniformly to eliminate cold spots. The doors and cabinet are lined with polyurethane insulation to preserve temperatures, and operators can adjust temperatures with the Smart Control system as needed. If there is an unexpected power failure, a visual alarm will illuminate to notify the operator.
