With its reach-in configuration, the Traulsen AHF332W-HHS Spec-Line heated cabinet enables operators to access product directly. All three sections include three adjustable wire shelves, which have a 225-pound capacity each. Two half-height, solid doors are built into each section so users can access a specific part of the cabinet without opening both doors at once, which can prevent temperature changes. When they're opened more than 120 degrees, they stay in a locked position, but they self-close if opened less than 120 degrees. To withstand high-volume use, the interior is anodized aluminum, while the exterior has a stainless steel construction. Overall, this unit measures 86 1⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high and is mounted on 6-inch, adjustable legs to accommodate irregular surfaces.

To create a safe holding environment, the Traulsen AHF332W-HHS heated cabinet's serpentine-style heater produces and maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The ducted fan air distribution system circulates warm air uniformly throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots. Its doors and cabinet are also insulated with 2-inch-thick, high-density polyurethane to preserve temperatures when the unit is stored in warm or cool environments. If the unit powers off unexpectedly, the cabinet's visual alarm will illuminate to notify the operator. Users can also manage and adjust temperatures with the Smart Control system.
