Traulsen AHF332W-FHS Description
To provide a long service life, the Traulsen AHF332W-FHS Spec-Line heated cabinet's exterior is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the interior is anodized aluminum. Its three-section configuration includes three adjustable wire shelves per section, which can hold 225 pounds of product each. Because this is a reach-in unit, operators can access product directly, and the three solid, full-height doors stay in a locked position when opened past 120 degrees to simplify product loading and retrieval. To ensure stability on uneven flooring, it's fitted with 6-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs.
The Traulsen AHF332W-FHS heated cabinet produces temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit—an ideal temperature range to ensure product is held in a safe environment before it's served. The ducted fan air distribution system circulates warm air uniformly throughout the cabinet while preserving product textures. To prevent temperature changes, the doors and cabinet are insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. Operators can monitor and manage temperatures with the Smart Control system, which provides a temperature readout, operative status, smart sensors, and critical system alarms.
