The Traulsen AHF332W-FHG Spec-Line heated cabinet uses a ducted fan air distribution system to circulate warm temperatures evenly without altering food textures. It produces and maintains safe temperatures ranging between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can manipulate temperatures with the Smart Control, which uses smart sensors to acclimate the cabinet to various environments and settings. It also includes visual alarms if the unit powers off unexpectedly, illuminating the LED alarm to alert the operator. To minimize temperature changes, the cabinet and doors are insulated with 2-inch-thick, high-density polyurethane that's foamed in place.

This three-section Traulsen AHF332W-FHG heated cabinet includes three coated wire shelves per section, and each shelf accommodates as much as 225 pounds of product. Its reach-in configuration provides direct access to product, and the three doors enable operators to insert or remove product from a specific section without opening all the doors. The doors are glass to grant a direct view into the cabinet, and they self-close when opened to a position less than 120 degrees. If opened past 120 degrees, they'll lock in place to streamline product loading and retrieval. The cabinet's exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of anodized aluminum. To prevent wobbling on irregular surfaces, it's mounted on 6-inch, adjustable stainless steel legs.
