Traulsen AHF232WP-HHS Description
The ducted fan air distribution system in the Traulsen AHF232WP-HHS insulated heated cabinet effectively circulates air to keep product warm. This unit operates in the range of 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted using microprocessor controls. Because it has half-height doors, particular sections of the cabinet can be accessed without unnecessary energy loss. Product can be accessed from either side of the pass-thru cabinet to streamline quick use in foodservice operations.
The Traulsen AHF232WP-HHS full-height heated cabinet measures 58 inches wide by 37 15⁄16 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high. Its exterior features a stainless steel construction for durability, and its interior is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum. To save energy, the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane. It comes with six shelves to hold product, and its incandescent lights automatically power on when one of the doors is opened.
