The Traulsen AHF232W-HHG heated cabinet has adjustable shelves to hold a range of products. Constructed of wire, these shelves have gaps to promote air circulation for uniform heating. Because the half-height doors are made of glass, users can see what's inside the cabinet without having to open it. The self-closing doors and high-density polyurethane insulation help retain cold air and reduce energy loss.

Using microprocessor controls, the Traulsen AHF232W-HHG full-height insulated heated cabinet's temperature can be adjusted from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is positioned on 6-inch adjustable legs to enable installation on uneven surfaces without tipping.
