Traulsen AHF232W-FHS Description
To withstand commercial use, the Traulsen AHF232W-FHS full-height heated cabinet has a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior and a durable stainless steel exterior. The six shelves are made of wire, permitting air to flow around product for even heating. With its high-density polyurethane insulation, the cabinet preserves warm air and saves energy. This unit is mounted on 6-inch adjustable legs that enable installation on rigid surfaces.
The Traulsen AHF232W-FHS insulated heated cabinet has incandescent lights that automatically turn on when the doors are opened. Employees can prop the doors open 120 degrees while loading the cabinet, and if they're opened less than that, they close on their own. Microprocessor controls can be used to adjust temperatures within the range of 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit operates with a ducted fan air distribution system.
