Traulsen AHF132WP-HHG Description
The Traulsen AHF132WP-HHG insulated heated cabinet operates using a ducted fan air distribution system, and the temperature is adjustable from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Both sides of the cabinet have half-height doors for pass-thru use, and they're made of glass to provide a look inside the unit. Made of wire, the shelves enable air to circulate through gaps and around product for uniform heating. This cabinet comes with three shelves that can be adjusted to hold a variety of items.
Durable for heavy-duty applications, the Traulsen AHF132WP-HHG full-height heated cabinet has a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior. The interior contains high-density polyurethane insulation, and the doors self-close to preserve heat and energy. While the shelves are loaded and unloaded, the doors can be propped open 120 degrees. This unit is built with 6-inch legs, which are adjustable to ensure stabilization.
