Traulsen AHF132WP-FHS Description
For cabinet loading and unloading, the Traulsen AHF132WP-FHS full-height heated cabinet's doors can be propped open 120 degrees. To preserve energy, the doors can self-close, and the interior contains high-density polyurethane insulation. The temperature can be adjusted from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit using microprocessor controls. Product can be retrieved from both sides of the cabinet due to its pass-thru design, and when the doors are opened, incandescent lights turn on to aid in product location.
The Traulsen AHF132WP-FHS heated cabinet utilizes a ducted fan air heated system. The interior is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, and for additional strength, the exterior features a durable stainless steel construction. This unit is fitted with 6-inch legs that can be adjusted for stability. Able to be positioned as needed, the three shelves can be used to hold a range of items, and they're made of wire to promote even heating.
