Traulsen AHF132WP-FHG Description
The Traulsen AHF132WP-FHG full-height heated cabinet has locking full-height doors that reduce the risk of theft and tampering. To provide a view of products inside, the doors are made of glass, and they can be propped open 120 degrees to streamline loading and unloading. If an employee forgets to close the doors, they will self-close to reduce energy loss, and to further preserve energy, the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane.
To remain stable, the Traulsen AHF132WP-FHG insulated heated cabinet is positioned on 6-inch legs, which can be adjusted to prevent wobbling. Using microprocessor controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Product can be stored on three adjustable wire shelves. This unit has doors on both sides of the cabinet for pass-thru operation, and overall, it measures 29 7⁄8 inches wide by 37 15⁄16 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high.
