Traulsen AHF132W-HHG Description
The Traulsen AHF132W-HHG full-height heated cabinet has half-height doors that self-close to reduce energy loss. They can also be propped open at 120 degrees to help employees load and retrieve product. Made of glass, the doors enable users to see inside the cabinet to monitor product without opening them. When the doors are open, incandescent lights power on automatically to help users locate specific items.
To prevent wobbling, the Traulsen AHF132W-HHG insulated heated cabinet is fitted with adjustable legs. The cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane to preserve warm air and energy. Made of stainless steel, the exterior is durable and rust resistant, and the interior is aluminum to add additional strength and speed up cleaning. The three adjustable shelves are made of wire to permit air circulation through the gaps, ensuring stored product is warmed evenly.
