Traulsen AHF132W-FHS Description
For durability to support high-volume use, the Traulsen AHF132W-FHS Spec-Line heated cabinet features a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior and durable stainless steel exterior. The interior is furnished with three wire shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate different needs, and this single-section unit offers 24.8 cubic feet of interior space and features a self-closing, solid door. To simplify loading and product retrieval, the door remains open past 120 degrees.
To streamline operation, the Traulsen AHF132W-FHS holding cabinet is equipped with an on/off switch and precise microprocessor controls. Using these controls, operators can adjust the temperature from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and for even heat circulation, it features a ducted fan air distribution system. This stationary unit is mounted on four 6-inch stainless steel legs and measures 29 7⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high.
