Traulsen AHF132W-FHG Description
To facilitate precise temperature adjustments, the Traulsen AHF132W-FHG Spec-Line heated cabinet features microprocessor controls. Using these controls, operators can adjust the temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit and power the unit down with an on/off switch on the control panel. To promote effective, even heating, it uses a ducted fan air distribution system. A stationary unit, this cabinet is mounted on four 6-inch-high stainless steel legs.
The exterior of the Traulsen AHF132W-FHG heated holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel— a sturdy, rust-resistant metal that's simple to clean. To defend against corrosion, it features an aluminum interior that is furnished with three adjustable shelves. Because these shelves are made of wire, they promote airflow around product. Overall, this single-section unit measures 29 7⁄8 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high.
