The Federal ERSSHP-678SC vertical open air cooler holds products on metal shelves. They are adjustable to fit food with varying heights. Price tag moldings on the shelves ensure there is a place to place product information. Vertical lights and a top mounted light illuminate the products to provide visibility in the cabinet. The top-mounted light is shielded to prevent breakage and product contamination.
The refrigeration system maintains a temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit with the help of foam insulation and an air curtain. If the air curtain is disrupted, the cooler’s temperatures will vary.
