Federal CGR5948DZ Description
To illuminate displayed muffins, cakes, and croissants while encouraging impulse purchases, the Federal CGR5948DZ full-service bakery case is fitted with LED lighting. Its curved glass front further enhances product presentation, while its leg levelers can be adjusted on uneven flooring. This unit features a black laminate exterior with black trim for a modern, sleek aesthetic that complements existing equipment. While its left side is refrigerated to accommodate perishable goods, its right side is non-refrigerated—great for donuts, cookies, and bagels. Employees can adjust the left section's temperature between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Divided into four levels, the Federal CGR5948DZ bakery case measures 59 1⁄8 inches wide by 35 5⁄16 inches deep by 48 inches high. It features three adjustable white wire shelves with a scratch-resistant white display deck. To resist breakage and retain chill, its doors, front, and end panels are tempered thermopane glass. For streamlined installation and maintenance, this unit's refrigeration system is self-contained and rear mounted.
