The Dito-Electrolux perfect portable mixer comes with 9 fixed speeds to ensure reliable and consistent use of the Bermixer between recipes and has a patented cooling system that runs cool air over the motor more efficiently, which pushes out the hot air to prevent overheating and extends work time. The patented Bayonet clip-on system's cutter tube can be completely disassembled without tools and is completely washable to guarantee sanitation. And with this portable, hand held model you have all the power you'd expect and then some but in a versatile model.
