This commercial vegetable cutter has a 4 blade package that includes: TD2 1/16 in. and TD5 3/16 in. slicing blades, RD4 1/8 in. grating blades and an ED2 julienne blade. With all of these blade options, you can create a wide variety of products from your raw vegetables with the simple choice of which blade package to use!
