The Vollrath S5315 Wear-Ever® full-size bun pan is great for preparing cookies and pastries and has an open bead around its edge. Because of its SteelCoat™ finish, this pan releases product and reduces sticking that leads to product loss. It's made of aluminum, which is a strong yet lightweight material.
