The Vollrath N89283 traditional breath guard is designed for use with Vollrath five-well Signature Server® units. This breath guard mounts securely to a stainless steel solid surface and requires a 14-gauge stainless steel base for proper installation. Featuring a 1⁄4-inch thick tempered glass panel secured in a durable fitting channel with a 1 1⁄2-inch extruded aluminum frame, this breath guard ensures stability and long-lasting performance. Acrylic end panels enhance food safety by creating a full protective barrier.
