The Vollrath EZ4014 Wear-Ever® fry pan is made of 3004 aluminum alloy, a durable material that resists denting to ensure longevity and improve performance. Ideal for frying omelets and cooking stir-fry, its CeramiGuard® II coating prevents food from sticking to the surface. To streamline cleaning, this pan is designed with a rivetless, smooth interior that won't harbor bacteria.

Vollrath is the best. Pam is well made. Gave it one star because product arrive deeply scratched on outside . Ordered 3 frying pans... All were scratched. They appear used. Poorly packed, unwrapped stacked inside each other.
