Vollrath EZ4008 Description
The interior of the Vollrath EZ4008 Wear-Ever® fry pan is protected with a durable, nonstick coating to ease removal of food and reduce waste. Its rivetless design prevents food and bacteria from becoming trapped and streamlines cleaning, while its silicone Cool Handle® provides a comfortable grip. Because it's constructed of 3004 aluminum alloy, it'll resist warping and denting with repeated use.

Great pan but coating only lasted a year
This has been my favorite pan by far. It was used in a home setting, but the coating started failing at 9 months of use and is now ready for replacement at 12 months of use. We followed the care and use instructions in the user guide. Given the price of the pan, I expected a longer lifespan.
Solid pan made in the good old USA
This is a great everyday fry pan. I can't comment from a commercial setting, but from a home kitchen it a winner for sure. The non-stick ceramic coating had held up well for the past year and still shows plenty of life in it. It's not for a showcase kitchen like some highly polished stainless pans. It's a thick aluminum pan with good heat distribution. I'll buy this again.
