Vollrath EZ4007 Description
The handle of the Vollrath ES4010 Wear-Ever® 14-inch frying pan is attached without rivets, so the pan has no small edges and gaps that could hide food residue and encourage bacterial buildup. Its CeramiGuard® II nonstick coating resists stuck-on food to streamline the cooking and cleaning process. Although the Cool Handle® rubber grip sleeve is made of silicone, it can withstand prolonged exposure at 450 degrees Fahrenheit on the range and in the oven, and it remains cool to the touch when cooking on the rangetop.

The CeramiGuard coating is the best I have used and the smooth inside rivietless design is a BIG plus for cooking and cleaning.
