Vollrath E4010 Description
Because of its rivetless design, the Vollrath E4010 Wear-Ever® 10-inch aluminum frying pan doesn't contain cracks and crevices in the cooking surface that could harbor bacteria and greasy buildup. Its silicone Cool Handle® doesn't transfer heat from the pan to the user's hand and can be removed and replaced if it becomes damaged. The pan's 3004 series aluminum alloy construction provides fast, uniform heating and increased dent resistance that's suitable for recurrent use.
