The Vollrath BCO-4 CanMaster™ can opener is equipped with a quick-release, patented blade carrier that simplifies cleaning. An anti-bacterial finish on the blades reduces infection risks, and the high-grade steel cutting mechanism slices cleanly through without frayed metal shavings. To withstand intense pressure, the wheels are constructed of steel, and with an ergonomic design, this tool is more comfortable to use than former models and can accommodate 14-inch-tall cans. Prior to the first use of this unit, operators must wash every component with soapy, warm water, rinsing it thoroughly.
