Vollrath ADC-4 Description
Using the Vollrath ADC-4 Traex® adjustable dish caddy, operators can securely load and store five stacks of plates sized from 10 3⁄4 to 11 1⁄2 inches in diameter. Because the four posts in the dish caddy are adjustable from the top, users can stack multiple plate sizes together at the same time. Four casters enable comfortable movement of the caddy, while dual molded-in side handles provide user control from either side of the unit. A matching cover is provided with this caddy to shield stored dishes from dust and contaminants in between uses, promoting sanitary dish surfaces. The two brakes can be used to secure the caddy in place and prevent rolling when not in use.
