For steering, the Vollrath 97140 utility cart has a handle, and it's mounted on 4-inch casters that swivel around turns. While the middle shelf is 22-gauge stainless steel, the bottom and top shelves are 20-gauge stainless steel for added durability. Stainless steel is a useful material for high-volume use because it is resistant to scratches, dents, and other common damage. This unit accommodates 500 pounds.
