Vollrath 936GGM Description
To facilitate cleaning, the Vollrath 936GGM Cayenne® gas griddle has a polished plate that can be wiped free of messes. Preventing crumbs and food particles from falling on the countertop, a grease trough guides the messes into a drawer. A 5-inch backsplash and 5-inch sloped sides capture grease while cooking and prevent them from splattering on the unit's surroundings. It's positioned on 4-inch legs, making it simple for employees to clean underneath it.
The Vollrath 936GGM countertop griddle's legs can be adjusted for installation on uneven surfaces, preventing it from tipping over or wobbling. Creating three cooking zones, this unit has three burners positioned every 12 inches, and they can each be controlled with metal knobs on the front. Because the plate is 1 inch thick, it retains heat, recovers lost temperatures quickly, and ensures uniform cooking.
