Vollrath 924GGM Description
The Vollrath 924GGM Cayenne® countertop griddle has 5-inch sloped sides and a backsplash that contains messes so they don't leave marks on surrounding equipment or the walls behind the unit. Because it fits on a countertop, this griddle is positioned on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted for stability. Its front grease trough guides food particles into the grease drawer to keep messes contained. Made of stainless steel, the exterior and burners are durable and rust resistant.
To cook two different foods at once, the Vollrath 924GGM gas griddle has burners placed 12 inches apart, creating two cooking zones. The plate is 1 inch thick, so it retains heat efficiently and reheats quickly after each use. Because the griddle plate has a polished surface, it can be wiped clean to eliminate messes.
