Vollrath 924GGM Description
Because a burner is positioned every 12 inches, the Vollrath 924GGM Cayenne® gas griddle has two cooking zones that can be individually adjusted using metal knobs with heavy-duty guards. This enables two different food types to cook at the same time with varying settings. The burners as well as the unit's exterior are made of stainless steel—a metal that offers durability and resistance to rust and corrosion.
The Vollrath 924GGM countertop griddle is positioned on 4-inch legs to facilitate cleaning underneath it, and the legs can be adjusted, stabilizing it on uneven surfaces. For quick temperature recovery, the griddle plate is 1 inch thick with a polished surface that can be wiped clean after use. This unit is fitted with 5-inch sloped sides and a 5-inch backsplash to prevent messes from splattering on nearby walls and equipment.
