Part of the Cayenne® series, the Vollrath 924CG charbroiler can be configured for lava rock or radiant heating for broad or precise heat distribution. This 24-inch-wide cooking surface features two diverging grates. One side of this grill plate is narrow with fundamental channels to capture and remove excess grease, while its other side is wide with a level surface for preparing delicate meats such as fish and chicken. Great for simultaneous grilling, this unit has 4 burners that output 80,000 BTUs overall. With its manual metal control knobs, operators can precisely control heat.
Overall, the Vollrath 924CG heavy-duty charbroiler measures 24 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 17 1⁄16 inches high. Its body is constructed of stainless and aluminized steel and features a 5-inch-high backsplash and tapered sidesplashes that work simultaneously to ease cleaning.
