Vollrath 90642 Description
The Vollrath 90642 Super Pan 3® sixth-size steam pan is constructed of stainless steel to provide rust resistance and durability. To add extra strength, the corners are reinforced and the flattened edges resist bending. Since the corners are spout shaped, it is easy to pour product from the pan without splashes. The pan can hold 1.7 quarts and has a 4-inch depth.
